1. About these terms

“Sand Buggy Dubai”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sand Buggy Dubai, a brand operated by Right Adventure Tourism L.L.C.

These terms apply to tour enquiries and bookings made through sandbuggydubai.com, WhatsApp, email or another booking channel operated by our team.

2. Booking and confirmation

• A form submission or WhatsApp enquiry is a booking request. It does not by itself confirm a reservation.
• A booking is confirmed after our team confirms availability, agreed package details and any required payment or deposit in writing.
• Please provide accurate contact details, tour date, package, vehicle quantity and pickup information.
• Contact us promptly if you need to correct booking information. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• The person making the booking is responsible for sharing relevant tour information with other guests in their group.

3. Prices, package details and payment

• Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
• Buggy and quad bike prices are normally charged per vehicle or bike, as specified on the relevant package page or booking confirmation. They are not automatically prices per person.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are optional unless expressly included in your written package confirmation. Transfers may be charged separately and depend on the pickup location and passenger numbers.
• Package inclusions, seating, tour duration and meeting arrangements depend on the option confirmed for your booking.
• The booking confirmation will state the agreed package price, transfer charges, payment amount and payment deadline, where applicable.
• A booking remains pending until our team confirms it and any required payment has been received. Follow the payment instructions sent by our team.

If a website price appears inconsistent with the written quote or booking confirmation, contact us before making payment so we can verify the amount.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

• If you cancel or request a date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour, you may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation charge, subject to availability and the terms in your booking confirmation.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
• If you arrive late, miss the pickup or do not arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time, your tour may be shortened or treated as a no-show, depending on the circumstances and operational schedule.
• To cancel or request a change, contact us using the contact details in your booking confirmation. The time we receive your request will be used to assess the notice period.

If your booking confirmation gives you a different cancellation arrangement, contact us to clarify it before payment. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Weather, safety and operational changes

Desert conditions, weather, vehicle availability or other operational circumstances may require us to delay, adjust, reschedule or cancel a tour.

If we cancel a tour because conditions prevent us from operating it, we will contact you about the available rescheduling or refund options. The arrangement will be confirmed with you and handled according to your booking terms and applicable law.

6. Hotel pickup and arrival

• Pickup is available only when requested and confirmed by our team. Any transfer charge will be communicated separately unless it is stated as included in your confirmed package.
• Provide the correct hotel or accommodation name, location and passenger count when requesting a transfer.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time. Tell us as soon as possible if your pickup details change.
• Guests arranging their own transport should follow the meeting location and arrival time in their confirmation.

7. Safety and participation requirements

• Guests must follow the safety briefing, guide instructions and operating rules throughout the experience.
• Required protective equipment will be provided or identified before the ride, according to the selected vehicle and package. Wear the equipment as instructed.
• Buggy drivers must be at least 16 years old. Passengers must be at least 3 years old. Guests must bring the identification requested in their booking confirmation.
• Guests should wear suitable clothing and closed footwear unless the booking team gives different instructions.
• Do not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs or any substance that affects safe operation.
• Tell our team before the tour about any relevant health, pregnancy, mobility or accessibility concern so you can decide whether the activity is appropriate. Seek medical advice where needed.

We may refuse or stop participation when a guest does not meet the stated requirements or does not follow safety instructions.

8. Guest conduct and equipment

Guests must use vehicles and equipment responsibly, remain with their guide and group, and follow the route and instructions given by the guide. Racing, reckless driving, drifting, unsafe overtaking or deliberately leaving the guided route is not permitted.

Please treat vehicles, equipment, staff and other guests with care and respect. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by deliberate or negligent conduct, subject to applicable law.

9. Off-road activity and responsibility

Driving on sand and uneven desert terrain is different from driving on public roads and involves inherent risks. Guests must listen to the guide, use the provided safety equipment and decide whether they are comfortable taking part.

Please check whether your travel or personal insurance covers the activities you plan to undertake. Ask our team about the insurance arrangements applicable to your selected package before booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Website information and links

We take reasonable care to keep package descriptions, photographs and prices current. Website content is general information and package availability, vehicle details, inclusions and prices may change. Your written booking confirmation records the arrangements agreed for your reservation.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.

11. Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts with jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, booking process or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be shown on this page. Changes do not alter an already confirmed booking unless the change is agreed with you or required by law.
