Tours take place in almost all weather. We will reschedule on a safety basis in extreme weather.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund or free reschedule.
24-48 Hour Cancellation Prior, 50% refund or free rescheduling.
Cancel <24 hours / No-show: No refund, but possible to reschedule (commission is to be paid).
Cancellation by Us, In the case of extreme weather or operational problems, we promise a full refund or a new date.
